For Atlanta real estate agents · Listing prep & make-ready

Painters for real estate agents.
Built that way on purpose.

You've recommended a painter before. Then spent two weeks apologizing for him. Atlas is the other version of that story: text us a listing address, forward one flat-fee PDF to your client, and get updates without asking. Your client saves $1,000 with your code — you never chase anyone.

How it works

Text (470) 671-6660 the address → 15-minute video walk-through → flat PDF quote within 24 hours → you forward it → your client pays and schedules directly. We update you at every milestone — paid, started, done. Your code takes $1,000 off for your client, and partner jobs get priority scheduling slots.

01 — The problem

Your name is on every vendor
you recommend. We know.

When you hand a seller a painter's number, you're not making a referral — you're co-signing. If he shows up late, quotes vague, or disappears mid-job, that's your reputation absorbing the damage two weeks before photos. Most painting companies are built around homeowners with flexible timelines. Listings don't have flexible timelines.

Atlas was built agent-first. The whole operation is shaped around the three things a listing actually needs: a fast, believable number your client can act on; a crew scheduled backward from the photo or closing date; and you staying informed without becoming the project manager.

That means: same-day response to a text. A locked flat price after a 15-minute video walk — not an estimate that grows once the tape comes off. A clean PDF quote you forward in one tap. And your client pays us directly, so you're never in the middle on money.

02 — The flow

From "needs paint" to painted,
without you chasing anyone.

Step 1 · You

Text us the address

That's your whole job. Address plus a line of context — "listing refresh, photos on the 24th." We reply the same day.

Step 2 · Same day

15-minute video walk-through

A quick video walk with you or your client — it catches the price-changers up front (wallpaper, popcorn ceilings, water stains) so the quote is the final number.

Step 3 · Within 24 hrs

Flat quote PDF, with your code on it

One page, one locked price, your client's $1,000 partner discount shown right on it. You forward it and you're done selling.

Step 4 · Your client

They pay and schedule directly

Your client deals with Atlas on payment and dates. You hold no deposit, collect nothing, and answer no "when are they coming?" calls.

Step 5 · Us

You get the updates that matter

Paid. Started. Done. We schedule backward from the photo or closing date, and partner-agent jobs take priority slots when the calendar gets tight.

03 — The numbers

Published flat rates your client

The fastest way to lose a pre-listing paint job is a vague estimate your seller has to "think about." Our two packages cover most listing-prep and make-ready jobs, and the prices are public:

Sellers · before photos

Listing Refresh

$9,500
$8,500 with your agent code

Every interior wall, homes up to 2,400 sq ft · one photo-ready neutral · Sherwin-Williams ProMar 200 · 5–7 day turnaround

Buyers · before move-in

Move-In Refresh

$11,500
$10,500 with your agent code

Walls, ceilings, trim, doors & baseboards · up to 3 colors · homes up to 2,400 sq ft · 7–10 day turnaround

Bigger homes, wallpaper removal, and repairs come off a published add-on list, and exterior or partial scopes get quoted the same flat-fee way. Every job carries a 2-year workmanship warranty, full insurance, and lead-safe work practices on pre-1978 houses — which is half of intown Atlanta. If you're timing a job against a photo date, the pre-listing timeline guide shows the day-by-day.

Why there's no referral fee

We don't pay agents for referrals — on purpose. The $1,000 goes to your client, printed on the quote next to your code, where everyone can see it. Nothing moves under the table, so there's nothing for you to disclose, invoice, or explain at the closing table. What you get is better than a check: priority scheduling, milestone updates, and a client who remembers that you made the paint problem disappear.

The partner code

One application.
Every future listing, handled.

Apply once and your personal code works on every deal after — sellers before photos, buyers before move-in. It takes about a minute, it's free, and the next time a seller's walls are the problem, your answer is one text long.

04 — Agent questions

Asked by every agent
before their first text.

Do you pay real estate agents referral fees?

No — and that's deliberate. Instead of paying you quietly, we give your client $1,000 off, in the open, printed on the quote next to your code. You get priority scheduling and a client who thinks you're a magician. There's nothing for you to disclose, invoice, or explain at closing.

How does the agent code work?

Apply once, free, and you get a personal code (like TAYLOR-C). Any quote that comes through you carries it automatically: your client sees the retail price and their $1,000 partner discount side by side. The code is yours across every listing and every client, sellers and buyers both.

How fast can you turn a listing around?

Text the address and we reply the same day, do a 15-minute video walk-through, and send a locked flat quote within 24 hours. Crews start within 5–10 business days of an approved quote, and partner-agent jobs get priority slots. A walls-only Listing Refresh is 5–7 days of work on homes up to 2,400 sq ft.

What does make-ready painting cost in Atlanta?

Published flat rates: the Listing Refresh (every interior wall, homes up to 2,400 sq ft) is $9,500 retail, $8,500 with your code. The Move-In Refresh (walls, ceilings, trim, up to 3 colors) is $11,500 retail, $10,500 with your code. Larger homes and repairs are priced from a published add-on list — the number is locked after the walk-through.

Do I have to collect money or manage the job?

No. You forward the quote PDF; your client pays Atlas directly and picks the schedule. You never touch money, hold a deposit, or chase a crew. We send you the updates that matter — paid, started, done — so you always know where your listing stands without asking.

Do you work with buyers too, or just sellers?

Both. Sellers usually take the walls-only Listing Refresh before photos. For buyers, the Move-In Refresh is built for the gap between closing and the moving truck — walls, ceilings, and trim done in an empty house, which is the cheapest and fastest a repaint will ever be.

What if the job isn't a standard package?

Text us anyway. Exterior trim refreshes, partial scopes, and photo-facing-rooms-only jobs get quoted the same way: video or in-person walk, then one flat number in a PDF you can forward. If a scope doesn't make sense for your seller, we'll say so.

What areas of Atlanta do you cover?

ITP and close OTP: Buckhead, Morningside, Virginia-Highland, Inman Park, Decatur, Brookhaven, Chamblee, Sandy Springs, Druid Hills, Kirkwood, and most surrounding intown neighborhoods. Not sure about a listing? Text the address to (470) 671-6660.
