Brookhaven's housing stock spans seventy years in a single block: original mid-century ranches, waves of townhomes, and full-size new construction. The ranches are compact and mostly fit our base packages; the new builds routinely pass 2,400 sq ft, where the published size add-ons kick in (+1,000 sq ft $2,800+, +2,000 sq ft $5,200+). Either way the quote is one locked flat fee.
It's also a relocation market — close to Buckhead's job centers with its own MARTA station — so a lot of our Brookhaven work is deadline work: paint between closing and the movers, or before listing photos. We schedule backward from the date that matters and send daily photo updates.
